2. Class Bookings & Attendance

• All classes must be booked in advance through our website or booking system.

• Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your class to avoid disruption.

• Missed or late cancellations may be charged as per our booking policy.

• Members must inform staff of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before participating in classes or sessions.

• Participation in all activities is at your own risk. Infinity Fitness accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.

• Proper attire and footwear are required.

• Members are expected to use equipment responsibly and return items after use.

• Any damage caused by misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.

5. Therapy & Specialist Services

• Appointments with therapists, counsellors, and external practitioners are subject to availability.

• These services are delivered in partnership with trusted providers, each responsible for their own professional standards.
